Paul is an RICS registered Valuer with 35 years’ experience providing valuation advice to Bank’s and lenders.

He was appointed as Director of CVN in 2017 bringing his considerable experience as a Chartered Surveyor with an understanding of lenders requirements to the panel management arena.

Paul’s passion is to develop the range of services CVN can provide to its clients, particularly embracing technology and digitisation which he believes will remodel and change the way valuation services are provided to lenders in the short to medium term future.

Shelley has been with CVN since 2013 and has over 20 years’ experience working in residential and commercial panel management.

She was previously on the user groups for both Quest and XIT2 and her understanding of the perhaps inflexible nature of these systems equipped her with the understanding of the need for a more bespoke and flexible operational system, designed to meet individual client requirements would be the real USP for CVN .

Shelley has played a key role in the development of the CVN system and more recently client client portal and her development of a more flexible and bespoke system has proved popular with both old and new clients. She firmly believes that excellent (Human and approachable) customer service matched with ongoing investment into new technology is by far the best way to serve our clients

Mark Dansky / Senior Strategy Manager

Mark is a property professional with over 15 years’ experience in capital markets as a trusted advisor and problem solver to a broad range of institutional and high net worth private investors with a reputation for finding strategic and dynamic solutions. He joined CVN in December 2021.

As a partner in the National Investment team at Allsop he gained a strong network and a deep and practical understanding of the real estate value chain. He is also active in the Proptech community having managed and developed tech solutions and collaborated with a number of Proptech organisations and startups. His goal is to combine these two networks, experience and knowledge to provide innovative solutions to the built environment.

Tony Lamb / Senior IT and Digitisation Advisor

Tony is an Advisor for CVN Services’ IT systems, applications, software, communication and infrastructure. He is responsible for information security and business continuity for the organisation. Tony has 35 years experience in the IT industry having started his career in programming for a university. He moved into an IT consultancy role for a large systems provider, gaining commercial experience along the way.

Andrew Holmes / Senior Auditor and Valuer

Andrew is a RICS registered Valuer with over 35 years’ experience valuing a wide range of residential and commercial properties, and development sites, both in Central London and the South East. Prior to joining CVN, Andrew headed up the London office of a medium sized National Surveying Practice valuing and reporting to a number of Lenders on a day to day basis.

He also has considerable experience as a Registered Property Receiver and a member of NARA dealing with the loan recovery of a wide range of properties with values from £100,000 to £15,000,000.

Varsha joined CVN in 2018 having previously worked in education. She enjoys the detail and variety of work, and the day-to-day contact with our various clients.

She is the lead contact with a major client lender responsible for the percurrent of their valuations and instructions.

In her spare time, Varsha enjoys meeting people and entertaining friends and family.

Lisa Newman / Senior Customer Service Administrator

Lisa has been with CVN for 14 years and has been a key member of the team, watching the client base grow and develop over her time with the company. She is a senior member of the team and continues to enjoy her role in supporting clients and managing the valuation panel.

In Lisa’s spare time, she enjoys walking and Ballroom and Latin dancing.

Rachael Robinson / Audits & Review Administrator

After returning from living in Malaysia for three years, Rachel joined CVN Services in 2019. Rachel previously held various customer administrative roles in many different industries including travel, finance and utilities. She is solely responsible for co-ordinating all valuation audits for all CVN clients.

Rachel is also responsible for ensuring Panel Valuer records are kept up to date.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys art, going to the theatre and cinema, and reading.

Luke joined CVN in 2018 having previously worked for a Technology business where he completed an Apprenticeship in Business Studies (NVQ Levels 3 & 4). He enjoys and thrives on regular contact with a wide variety of lenders/clients, ensuring the speedy procurement of Valuation Instruction.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys playing golf, exercise and watching a variety of sports.

Lauren worked at CVN 2016 to 2017 when she then left the company to pursue her childhood ambition to become a hairdresser. Missing the day to day variety and challenges in her role at CVN, we were delighted to welcome Lauren back to the company in 2020.

In Lauren’s spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and looking after her pets.
